How long delivery takes
Most orders arrive within a couple of days, but please allow 5–7 working days for delivery as a general
guideline. Actual delivery time can vary depending on your location and courier conditions.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a delivery notification email with tracking information.
If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder — dispatch emails occasionally land
there.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window
Get in touch with our support team with your order number, and we'll look into it. Courier delays do happen
from time to time — particularly during periods of high parcel volume or courier network disruption — and
we'll keep you updated if that's affecting your delivery.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it's very difficult to make changes to it — please double-check
