Can I change/cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! We understand that your needs may change over time. You have full control over your subscription and can make any changes you need. Here are some of the changes you can make:

  • Change the frequency of your subscription
  • Cancel your subscription

To make changes to your subscription, simply follow these steps:

  2. Click on the top blue bar and select "Register" to create your Craft Resin account
  3. Once registered, log into your account
  4. You will have access to your own Craft Resin account where you can make changes to your subscription

If you encounter any difficulties while making changes to your account, our dedicated Craft Resin team is here to assist you. Please use the website contact form and provide your last order number along with the changes you would like us to make. Kindly allow a few working days notice before your next subscription order is processed, as these orders are automatically generated.

Please note that once an order has been processed and is on its way to you, we are unable to make any changes.

If you realize that you no longer require the resin after your order has been delivered, you will need to send the product back to us in order to receive a refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange for the return shipping, and you will be responsible for the associated costs. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will inspect it and process the refund. Depending on your bank's processing time, the refund may take a couple of days to reflect in your account.

How can I unsubscribe from receiving resin every month?

To unsubscribe from receiving regular resin, you have two options:
