4. You will have access to your own Craft Resin account where you can make changes to your subscription

If you encounter any difficulties while making changes to your account, our dedicated Craft Resin team is here to assist you. Please use the website contact form and provide your last order number along with the changes you would like us to make. Kindly allow a few working days notice before your next subscription order is processed, as these orders are automatically generated.

Please note that once an order has been processed and is on its way to you, we are unable to make any changes.

If you realize that you no longer require the resin after your order has been delivered, you will need to send the product back to us in order to receive a refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange for the return shipping, and you will be responsible for the associated costs. Once we receive the returned parcel, we will inspect it and process the refund.
