Subscription service
Our subscribe and save option lets you set up recurring resin orders instead of placing a new order each time. This article covers how the service works and what your options are once you're subscribed.
How it works
When you subscribe, we automatically process and ship a new order on the schedule you choose at sign-up. You don't need to reorder manually — the order is generated and charged on your account automatically each cycle.
What you can change
Once you're subscribed, you're not locked in. From your account you (or our support team, on request) can typically:
- Update your payment details
- Update your shipping address
- Adjust the quantity on your next order
- Change the frequency of your subscription
- Skip an upcoming order
- Move your next order forward
- Cancel the subscription entirely
Making changes
The most reliable way to manage your subscription is through your Craft Resin account on our website — log in and look for the subscription management section, where most changes can be made directly.
If you run into any issues managing it yourself, contact our support team with your last order number and the change you'd like made. Give this a few working days' notice before your next order is due, since subscription orders are generated and processed automatically on schedule — a change submitted too close to that date may not make it in time.
Once an order has already been processed and shipped, we're not able to modify or intercept it.
If an order has already shipped
If you no longer want an order that's already been delivered, it needs to be sent back to us for a refund rather than cancelled after the fact. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we've said otherwise. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process the refund — see our returns policy for how that's handled from there.
Cancelling entirely
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account's subscription management section, or by contacting support with a few working days' notice. Cancelling stops future orders — it doesn't affect orders already in progress.
